01The Standard

This Isn't Rec Football.

One team, one price, one schedule. Not four coaches and four bills.

The Program is the Central Valley's premier football training and 7v7 organization, built for athletes who are serious about playing at the college level. We aren't a park-and-rec team. We're a select program that develops players through year-round training, competition, and exposure. The mission: give Valley talent the plan and the platform to get to college football.

02The Guarantee

The Football IQ Guarantee

At tryouts, every athlete is tested. Draw the coverages, draw the plays. Most can't yet. That's the honest starting point. By the retest at the end of the block, he will, and he'll be able to explain why they matter. If he can’t, we keep coaching his football IQ at no additional cost until he can.

Personal Playbook NotebookEvery athlete keeps a Personal Playbook Notebook. His first attempt and his retest result live side by side in it. It goes home with him.

You Don't Join A Team. You Enter The Program.

We expect consistency, accountability, and work from every athlete who wears the logo. Rosters are selective; high school is invitation only.

Every Athlete Gets The Lights.

Media day is part of the season. Crowns, kits, and the whole roster shot like the pros they're training to be.

One Team Per Age Group.

12U, 14U, and 16U. About fifteen athletes each, with tournament costs inside tuition. The season runs December – March. Each division carries its own page with its tiers, schedule, and what the block includes for your athlete's group.

High School16U

9th – 11th

Recruiting doesn't start senior year. It ends there.

We take players through junior year, while there's still runway to build something a college staff can act on. Every tier here is built around being evaluated: combine numbers that hold up, a camp calendar that puts him in the right rooms, and film cut the way recruiters actually watch it.

16U Tiers & Details

Middle School14U

7th – 8th

Middle school is where development gets skipped.

Everyone's chasing the next game and nobody's building the athlete underneath it. But this is the last stretch before it counts. What he learns here is what he walks into high school carrying.

Come compete. 7v7 is fun and it should be. We just put what matters at the next level first, and that's where his reps go.

14U Tiers & Details

Youth12U

12 & Under

Trophies at this age don't predict anything.

We work on what transfers: how he moves, how he processes football knowledge, how he handles being coached. Speed, agility, and the football IQ work most programs don't touch until high school. He leaves with habits, not a highlight from a fourth-grade blowout.
